Today’s Wordle answer might lead to some gnashing of teeth. According to the New York Times’ WordleBot (opens in new tab) tool, Wordle #609 requires an average 4.2 steps to solve in both easy and hard modes. That’s a fairly high average, as far Wordle answers go.
